There's a document open that you've renamed twice. *Neptune* at 4° Aries is square *Mars* in Cancer right now, which means your relationship with effort has gone somewhere private and strange: you know you're avoiding the real work, but the avoidance feels purposeful, which is the most Neptunian trick available. It doesn't look like procrastination. It looks like preparation. *Mercury* in Leo is trine *Saturn* in Aries today, which is actually a good aspect for doing difficult, structural things, the sort that require you to sit with a problem long enough to solve it rather than rename it. That capacity is available. You're just not using it yet. At some point this afternoon you'll hit the thing you've been arranging everything around and you'll get it done in forty minutes, which will make the entire morning feel absurd in retrospect. It will anyway.
