Entertainment only

Everything on Bad Astrologer — the sign profiles, the daily and monthly horoscopes, the incompatibility reports, all of it — is written for entertainment. It is not professional advice. Not relationship counselling. Not therapy. Not a reason to break up with someone, however tempting the incompatibility report makes it sound.

If you make life decisions based on what a sardonic Gemini wrote about your star sign, that's on you.

How the content works

The readings, horoscopes, and compatibility reports on this site are generated using astrological archetypes and automated tools. Individual readings may occasionally be inaccurate, repetitive, or daft. Much like a real astrologer, frankly.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is." I make no guarantees that it will be available at all times, that the content will be error-free, or that your star sign profile won't make you feel personally attacked. (It will. That's the point.)

Intellectual property

The content, design, and code of this site are mine. You're welcome to share links and screenshots — in fact, please do — but don't copy large sections of text and pass them off as your own. If you want to quote something, a link back would be appreciated.

The book It's Not You, It's Your Star Sign and all associated material is copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

I accept no liability for:

• Breakups, arguments, or dramatic confrontations resulting from sharing an incompatibility report with your partner
• Emotional damage caused by reading your own sign profile and recognising yourself
• Any decisions made based on content from this site
• The accuracy of any horoscope, reading, or compatibility report

Seriously. It's a comedy astrology site. Please use common sense.

Subscriptions and payments

Some features (personalised natal chart readings) require a paid subscription. Payments are handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the recurring monthly charge at the price displayed at checkout.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page or by contacting me. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you've just subscribed and something's gone wrong, get in touch.
• I reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, change your password or contact me. I reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that are used abusively or in violation of these terms.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. If I do, I'll update this page. Significant changes (especially to pricing or data handling) will be communicated to account holders via email.
