The difference is they know. - "I work better under pressure" (you perform better under pressure; these are not the same thing). *Mercury retrograde* in Cancer is dragging something back up that you considered resolved, and *Mars* conjunct *Uranus* in Gemini is making you itchy and decisive in equal measure, which is a combination that historically does not end well for your Saturdays. At 9pm you'll be reorganising something that didn't need reorganising, calling it productivity, and feeling, against all evidence, quite pleased with yourself.
